Suitable for use at high speeds, MAPAL Inc. adjustable cutting
rings can be adjusted to the diameter of the bore within the
specified bore tolerance. The adjustment facility allows for
compensation for wear on the blade. Cutting rings available as
standard items up to diameter of 300mm.

Adjustable Monobloc
Reamers
Particularly Suited for machining small diameters (5.6 mm to 32 mm)
Adjustable Monobloc Reamers are designed with an internal coolant supply for heavy-duty cutting.
MAPAL Inc. Adjustable Monobloc Reamers also offer important advantages
in the finish machining of bores with small tolerances. They can be
reground or refitted and are produced to half tolerance specification.

Rapid Set Heads
Change Heads with Repeatable Accuracy
Rapid Set Heads from MAPAL Inc. are produced to 2/3 tolerance
specification and can be used from > IT7. These heads were
designed to provide a simple, economical solution: only 8 different
holders are required for all diameters in the series.
